Arrival TimeYour appointment is very important to us and is reserved especially for you. To ensure that all clients stay on schedule, please arrive on time or a few minutes early for your appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, you may be asked to reschedule for a more convenient time. Please call if you will be late as a courtesy to our manicurist and other clients.
CancellationWe value your time as much as we do ours. All cancellations should be made as early as possible to allow for another guest to fill that timeslot. We request that all cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Service GuaranteeEnhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 5 days after your initial service. If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting in the first 5 days, please call us to schedule a complimentary repair. Traditional nail polish services are not guaranteed. Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on the service performed. However, we will adjust them to your satisfaction or we will remove any enhancements that have been applied.
Prices go up a dollar for all services, each year up to 5 years from the day of grand opening.
Personal PropertyWe regretfully cannot be responsible for any loss, theft or accidental damage to your personal belongings so please take extra caution to prevent any such occurrence.
